Would this standard apply to a FERPA regulated facility? I have been told that we are not held to OSHA Standards but feel this cannot be right and want clarification. We are a Student Health Center at a University, not a CMS provider.

@ Karen Hobson - I think an example might be the cafeteria (?)
would computer stations a the nurses station count? Staff are not specifically assigned to a computer, but they may access multiple times throughout the day?
Based on the flowchart it appears our ASC would not be covered by the ETS. Are we required to have some type of documentation to indicate that we meet the requirements for expemption?
They may have to use their PTO or just get paid .
